Then I will turn and rebuild
the fallen tabernacle of David,
That other men and all nations may seek the Lord, among whom my name shall be proclaimed, says the Lord, who does all these things.
(Acts 15:16,17)
And all the families of the earth will be blessed in you
God promised Abraham:
I will bless you ... and you will be a blessing;
I will bless those who bless you...
and all the families of the earth will be blessed in you.
(Genesis 12:3,3)
Through Jesus the Messiah, the blessings with which God blessed Abraham became available not only to the Jewish people, but to every person who follows in the footsteps of Abraham's faith into the territory of trust in the Creator of the universe.
But God proves His love for us by the fact that the Messiah died for us while we were still sinners. Romans 5:8
God has proven His love for us so that we can be sure of His love for us.
The faith of His love for us is the foundation of our relationship with God.
